How we started… Tom and Colleen Russell fell in love with Payson and moved to Arizona in 1993. They opened Tom Russell and Associates, an independent Health Insurance Agency serving Rim Country in 1994.  We worked together offering Health and Life insurance for individuals and small business owners. We expanded to sell Medicare Plans and Long Term Care and other health insurance products. Tom gave informative, humorous seminars on Medicare Plans and Long Term Care Insurance. He wrote many articles to clarify and simplify Health Insurance options.

 

Tom was known locally as an honest, no-pressure agent who custom fit health and life plans to his clients and friend’s needs. Sadly, Tom passed away on March 2, 2018 (obit), after battling cancer for a year.  He is missed dearly but his work ethic, knowledge and experience continue for our senior clients in Rim Country.  Learn more about our agency by clicking on the links below.
