• Blue Cross of Arizona Dental Plans:  As a nonprofit organization, Blue Cross of Arizona has the added benefit that you can roll unused benefits (up to $250) over to the following year (up to $2000 annual benefit).   1. Click on View Dentist Directory (upper left)

  2. Then click orange button “Find a dentist”

  3. At the very top “Your Location” replace Phoenix, AZ with Payson, AZ then look in the upper right and under “Sort” and choose “Distance (closest).

  4. There are 2 pages of Payson provider names.
